 "We wanted to write to express our sincere thanks for the wonderful job you did catering our June 12th wedding.  Our cocktail reception was absolutely amazing and made our special day truly wonderful.

The layout of the hors d'oeuvres and dessert treats was very inviting.  All the food was delicious, there was obvious diligence and care in the preparation and presentation of each item.  The chocolate fondue fountain and fruit for dipping, which replaced the usual wedding cake, was the talk of the town for weeks. A true hit.

Beyond all of the above, it was a pleasure to work with you, Todd.  Your expertise in planning and organizing the event was very much appreciated.  We felt very comfortable and confident in all of your decisions and you were amazing at facilitating all our wishes.  We can't imagine a better experience in preparing for our wedding and the actual day.
